شهد ميدان رابعة العدوية بعدعصر اليوم تراجعًا ملحوظًا لأعداد المعتصمين والمتظاهرين المؤيدين لشرعية الرئيس المعزول محمد مرسي بعد أحداث اشتباكات الأمس والتي أسفرت عن مقتل 52 شخص وإصابة المئات.
وتشهد الشوارع الرئيسية بالميدان اختفاء تام للمتظاهرين وسط هدوء حذر خيم على المتواجدين بالميدان خشية تعرض الميدان للاقتحام بعد تردد أنباء عن نية وزارة الداخلية فض الاعتصام بالقوة بعد اجتماع مجلس الدفاع الوطني أمس برئاسة الجمهورية.

فيما تسود حالة من الاستنفار الأمني لدي اللجان الشعبية التي تتولي تأمين جميع مداخل الميدان خشية من تعرضه للاقتحام ، يأتي ذلك في الوقت الذي يقبع فيه المعتصمون داخل خيامهم للاستماع إلى خطب الرئيس المعزول مرسي ومتابعة الأخبار .

ومن ناحية أخرى تم تخصيص ثلاثة خيام على بعد أمتار من المدخل الرئيسي من شارع النصر مكتوب عليها "مستشفي ميدانى وعيادات طوارئ ميدانية" وتم تجهيزها بالأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية لمعالجة الحالات التى تحتاج لمعالجة فورية...
