عاجل المعاينة المبدئية لجثتى "رابعة" تثبت وجود آثار تعذيب

انتقلت نيابة شرق القاهرة الكلية، إلى مكان العثور على جثتين لمجهولين ملقى خلف مسجد رابعة العدوية، وأمرت بسرعة تحريات المباحث حول الواقعة وتحديد الجناة مرتكبى الحادث.
وكشفت المناظرة المبدئية للجثث وجود آثار تعذيب فى أنحاء متفرقة من جسديهما، أمرت النيابة بتشريحهما وانتداب الطب الشرعى لبيان سبب الوفاة.
كان الأهالى قد فوجئوا بجثتين لمجهولين ملقيين خلف مسجد "رابعة العدوية" بمدينة نصر، وعلى الفور تم إبلاغ الشرطة والتى أخطرت النيابة وانتقالها لمعاينة مكان الواقعة ومناظرة الجثث وإعداد تقرير بها.
كما كلفت نيابة شرق القاهرة الكلية برئاسة محمد البشلاوى وإشراف المستشار مصطفى خاطر المحامى العام الأول للنيابة أجهزة الأمن بالتحرى عن هوية مرتكبى تلك الجريمة وهوية وأشخاص المتسببين فى تلك الإصابات بالجثتين، ومعرفة سبب الوفاة.
